Napoleon the 3rd style
In the pictures below you can see a clock and a desk representing the Napoleon the 3rd style.
The existent intarsia from the clock was glued and the missing one completely redone. The wooden joinery was clamped and the bronze was cleaned. The final finish is done using shellac.
As for the desk the brass intarsia elements were glued and new ones were introduced at the outside and in the front. The design of the intarsia is made so it resembles the existing one.
